Spring break has finally kicked off! All the students are now enjoying their two weeks of freedom without any classes. With the seniors graduating this year the school has decided to host their annual Masquerade ball for everyone in town. Yes, even people from the neighboring town are invited to the ball. With the student council and the staff working overtime the ball is finally ready! Yet something is different about this year's event. It may be because the senior members of student council decided to go out with a bang,

Daelyn was in a surpassingly good mood today. she didn't know if it was because soon school would be on summer break and she could focus fully on her music instead of annoying school work or because she was going to try and convince her parents to take her on a trip this summer. whatever it was, she was just happy and enjoying the nice April air that was for sure. When her third period let out she quickly ran down the hall and over to the sports field. She had fourth free since a sub was in today and no one really showed up for that class. Or rather she didn't. So she was going to skip!
Making her way over to the baseball field she found herself slipping on the bleachers as she watched the class playing. What was this P.E Class? Well it didn't matter they would be gone soon since classes was changing right now. Humming happily she laid flat on her back. One leg over the other as she laid there very un gracefully. But hey she wore shorts under her skirt for this reason. With one hand behind her head, in replace of a pillow she used the other to grab her phone and start texting on it. smiling happily as she laid there just enjoying the hot sun beaming on her. Maybe it was a cat thing but she enjoyed sun bathing.
Yawning softly when she finally heard the class leaving. Looking over in the corner of her eyes she found herself smirking playfully when she checked out all the cuties in the class. Nope not a one looked half as cute as he Did. figures that high school boys wasn't nothing to fawn over. Laughing a bit to herself she went back to texting someone. Hearing a classmate or two calling out to her she looked over. Flashing a playful and innocent smile she waved at them. Of course they would talk to her. Look who her parents was. Who wouldn't love her? Smirking at the thought she placed her phone on her chest as she looked up at the clouds. Oh yeah she could totally take a nap here if she just got comfortable enough when the annoying students left her be.
Christina had just finished PE with the rest of the class, of course she had another class after this but she had already decided that she was going to ditch it. What could she say, the teacher wasn't one of her favorites. As the rest of the class was leaving to head back into the lockers she had stayed behind, feeling no rush in leaving. Two of her classmates had called out to a student laying on the bleachers, she knew her from somewhere. Oh, she is the daughter of Mr. Dokite...
She reached up to rub the back of her neck, not on the best of terms. She just didn't like him pointing out the terrible singers, not when they seemed to try their best. It wasn't a subject she cared to bring up to Daelyn though. She found herself standing around, watching the students as they tried talking to Daelyn, she wasn't about to go out of her way to interrupt them. When the he two students had left she slowly made her way over towards the fence, placing her fingers between the metal as she called over to Daelyn. "So... are you here to watch us play? Or to play games on your phone?" It was an innocent question, it wasn't like it was out of the blue, Daelyn had it coming when she laid on the bleachers in that outfit with her cell phone out.
She would have a few minutes to linger, before the teacher would be back to notice that she hadn't left yet. What could she say, she really didn't want to leave, PE was one of her favorite classes. She loved playing sports, baseball was by far her favorite. "Hey Christina, you better hurry along before your late to your next class." Her PE teacher had called out to her, she looked back at her teacher and nodded her head but when the teacher left she had stayed in her spot.
If I have to move, I suppose I can move, but I doubt you'll be having your next class near the baseball field. I suppose I'll just have to wait and see. She thought to herself. "If another class does take place here, I suppose I won't be the only one risking detention if caught." She spoke to Daelyn, still finding herself leaning against the fence. It was weird, seeing a student here and they weren't in their PE clothes.
There was a reason why Daelyn didn't take her fathers Choir class. If you asked her she would tell you it was because she had no interest in singing at all. Yet the truth being she was just thirteen when her father had bluntly told her she wasn't good, that she was off tone and was to high pitched on some parts. Sure he offered to help her, but nope. That was the day she decided she was going to follow after her 'mama' and go into musical instruments. Her favorite was the piano so that was why she took Emrys' class instead of taking Daiki's. One would think that you would be nice and tell your child that they was great even when they sucked? Yeah that wasn't her father at all.
Yawning a bit She looked over at her phone waiting for Bastian to text her back. Sure she knew that she really shouldn't be texting him when he was in class. But hey! the boy knew German so even if they got caught texting no one would be able to read it. Smirking playfully at the thought she felt her phone finally going off. Looking a bit happily she went to read the message only to stop when she heard someone speaking. Peaking over her phone she let her glasses slid down on her nose. Technically I'm texting and shopping." She spoke bluntly, tossing her legs over to sit straight up she gave a playful grin when she sat there in such a manner.
At the mention of detention though Daelyn found herself laughing. "I've never been there before! whats it like? I normally don't really have to deal with mealiness things like that. Maybe i will purposely try.. The look on Mama's face though when he's called to the office for me instead of Papa is priceless." She laughed at the thought. It amused her, to see the look on Emrys face when he realized it was his precious princess that was in trouble for once. Holding her hand out to Christina she gave a cute little giggle, playing cute. "I'm sure you know me. I'm Princess, Daelyn! What did they say yours was again...? Christan.. Chris.. Chrissy?" Okay so she wasn't paying attention earlier but at least se was now! That had to count for something after all!
Waiting for Chris to correct her daelyn quickly changed to subject because, well she was a Dokite and if it wasn't about her then it wasn't going to work! "I have a sub for my class today so i decided to skip. so even if i did get caught i could just say i had a free period today because the sub never takes attendance so it's not like she will ever know i wasn't in class.. Well besides the fact that im not distrubing the class because everyone wants to talk to me." Wrinkling her nose cutely when she finished speaking. It really was a curse, she blamed her father for her need for everyones attention. She knew she got that from him!
Christina watched Daelyn slid her glasses down to her nose, before answering her question. Daelyn then sat up and grinned at her, Christina returned the grin back. "Oh I see, while teachers might still believe you as playing on your phone." Of course playing on your phone and texting and shopping were two different things, why teachers would say such a thing was beyond her. She moved away from the fence, as she made her way to the bleachers. "It's a bit boring..." She started, finding herself smirking at Daelyn's comment.
Though she wasn't sure on if Daelyn was talking about Daiki's face or Emyrs. She was well aware of Daiki likely getting in trouble because she would sometimes join him in the office because they were the cause of each other being in trouble. Hitting in a ball in the window to the music room, Daiki giving it back in his own way. Of course that always lead to trouble one way or another, she couldn't say that she didn't find it funny in the after math though, because it had been. It was to bad he had kicked her from his music class, all because she had called him out when he called another student horrible at singing. Not that it mattered much, she was well off on her singing, or at least she thought so.
"Christina." She corrected Daelyn, enjoying the other girl trying to get her name right. She took Daelyn's hand in hers before letting go. "But Chris is fine too..." She added after a few minutes. It didn't bother her that Daelyn hadn't gotten her name right, had they been closer, she might have expected more but right now they were just two people deciding it was worth it to skip class. "Oh I see what you mean." She added, leaning her back against the fence.
It was a whole lot better not having a fence between them anymore. "I don't have a sub in my class, but I just don't feel a great need in going today." She answered, Of course my grandparents would disagree, but I really don't care for their opinion. She thought to herself before adding, "What are you shopping for?" She might not go out a lot, but shopping was still somewhat fun when she got to go, but then again she also enjoyed hearing what others got.

Humming when she heard Chris say it was boring she would have to find out on her own. Maybe she would purposely get detention later and drag Bastian along with her. If it truly was boring at least she would have someone there to annoy and pass the time by. after all, she really didn't know how Dentition went down or even who was the one that taught it. No not taught, held it. That seemed more accurate after all. Shaking the thought out of her head she happily shook the others hand. Well at least she wasn't that far off from her name after all! Maybe she was getting this whole friendship down after all. Well, maybe. Only time would tell, after all she was a bit self centered and only liked things, well that she agreed on or wanted.
Watching Chris leaning back against the fence daelyn shifted once more on the bleacher to sit in a cross cross fashion. It was a habit really, the only way she enjoyed sitting, other then with her leg up so she could lean against her knee! But, this was a skirt she had on after all. stupid dress code. Oh wait, Chris was talking to her again. Looking up from her phone she blinked a few times. What was she shopping for? "A new bathing suit and some goggles and maybe some new shoes. I've decided that we are going on vacation. Somewhere with nice beach and plenty of sun for me to sun bathe on! I just haven't decided yet so i my parents don't know yet. It's so annoying having to pick. I was thinking florida but ew." She paused for a second, only to look back at her phone, scrolling through more pages.
" Maybe hawaii because that's where it all started.. but then again i like miami too so that could be just as fun.. Or maybe we can go somewhere nice like italy. It's so hard shopping when i don't know where i want to go." She took a deep sigh. It really was annoying. she wanted to go ask Emrys where he'd preferred! But then again by time summer came around what if she decided somewhere else? This was such a pain. She just wanted a good summer break. Why did it have to be so hard picking where they would go. Why did she get to pick? Because she knew where her father would pick and she wanted to go where she wanted this year! After all she was the spoiled princess so she knew all she had to do was play the cute cat eyes and she could get to go where she wanted.
Looking back at Chris this time she closed her golden eyes with a soft giggle. "I mean, clothes for this summer. All my old swim suits are a bit to big or small in places and that will not due. i lost weight! but my chest are starting to grow so im sure Momma would hate me showing them off by having my top squeezing them tightly." There was that Dokite in her. The blunt, say anything she wanted without a care of how it would disturb or bother others. Humming happily she looked back at Chris chest then back at hers snorting a bit at the thought. Oh well she was still young, she had plenty of time to get bigger she was sure. Putting her phone on vibrate for now she stuffed it back in her bra, readjusting her shirt to make sure it was both hidden and safe she grinned at Chris. "I think i know you from somewhere though."
Christina watched Daelyn as she explained that she was shopping for a new bathing suit and some googles, possibly new shoes, then changed the subject to vacation spots. She wouldn't know of the best place for vacation because she hadn't had much chance on leaving Japan since coming here to live with her grandparents. Though she had heard Hawaii to be a pretty nice place.
"I think you'd enjoy being somewhere with a beach." She answered finally, having been studying Daelyn as the other girl had spoken. "I think there are some places on the west side of North America that might be nice too." She added, getting comfy as she leaned against the fence. Thankfully for her, her guess of the PE teacher having class ever where had been corrected else they'd both be in trouble for still being out here instead of in class.
Daelyn was looking at her before closing her eyes. Christina was nodding her head in agreement, she knew the feeling all to well but she didn't go out of her way to go shopping, normally her grandmother had to drag her out of the house to get new clothing because Christina was pretty happy with her current clothes still. Though Daelyn's comment had her blushing slightly, looking away from Daelyn as she tried getting control over her feelings over such a subject. Daelyn had looked over at her, she found herself finally comfortable to look back at Daelyn, taking note to her looking over her.
It took a lot of effort to try and not appear bothered by such a thing. Daelyn had looked away to hide her phone in her bra, Christina looked away again as to avoid staring. The way she acts... One might find it embarrassing but that might just be normal for her. I'll try my hardest not to be bothered by it, I mean she is still pretty cool to be around. She was pulled from her thoughts when Daelyn had started talking to her again. "Oh?" Christina asked as she looked back at Daelyn to see her grinning at her. "Where?"

"Of course i will. I'll get to stretch out in my bathing suit. ill get to sun bathe and ill get to show off while doing it. Who wouldn't love a beach? I mean, i have a pretty good frame." She laughed at the thought. She got that from both of her parents. It wasn't just one and she knew it. Grinning at the thought she closed her eyes thinking about laying on the beach. Daiki running and chasing Emrys for gawd knows what reason. all the pretty boys on the beach looking at her and.. wait would her parents let her cute little eve go with them? Maybe if she played the 'but he's all alone and has no family in japan.' Card Emrys would feel bad for him and let Daelyn bring him along. Just thinking about it caused her to giggle.
She definitely did want to try that. But first she needed to know what Bastian had planed before she talked her parents into anything. Oh right Chris was here. She should pay her attention! places where? She would have to look that up later! That could actually be nice, if this girl knew what she was talking about that is. So instead of questioning her she just gave a friendly smile and nodded her head. "Okay thanks, ill look up more places later. i just really want a good vacation. It be the first once since.. well a while." she wasn't about to finish that and say it was the first since her gramps passed. The first time she felt like a vacation and enjoying some downtime with everyone. Nope, instead she would focus on herself.
She was pretty sure her chest was larger then Chris' but then again some girls wore baggy tops, she'd never understand why. She'd have to look away later when she was in her uniform instead of her gym clothes... Wait was she looking away? No way! She was shy about another girl staring at her boobs? What was that? Shy people was so weird. laughing at the thought Daelyn found herself standing up. she was short. She knew she was short. she took it after Daiki's side of the family. Looking at Chris, she actually jumped don on a bleacher seat to make herself seem taller then she really was. "Your almost cute when your blushing and hiding yourself." A cat's grin is what you could call the look she gave Chris just now. Why?
"Your that student papa kicked out of his class on the first day aren't you? Well don't worry. He's always a prick. He tells everyone when they suck at singing. But." Jumping from bleacher seat to the other like a bunny she looked back at the other with a playful grin. "He has all right to. You don't get to be a professional singer sounding like nails on a chalkboard. So learn to take the poison with the honey." She laughed at the thought. Who would want to drink something that kill you just because it had a sweet after taste to it? Well, she learnt to.
Look at her now. She quiet singing and found something she was wonderful at. "Get your ass moving, we going to go play on the field." Since when was she in control? Now apparently, if Chris was going to hang around she could at least cater to Daelyn's wants like Bastian would and play some sports with her and not complain about Daelyn demanding.
Christina was glad that she could help, having gotten the information from her grandparents because they wanted to travel but didn't really want to take their granddaughter for the ride. When she had looked away, Daelyn had moved, jumping down onto the next bleacher, the noise had her looking back at Daelyn, she thought she had her blushing under control but it went bright red again when Daelyn made her comment.
It was hard to keep a straight face, so she chose to not make a comment, instead trying to relax so that her red cheeks would go back to normal. She did that on purpose... I'm unsure of what to say to that comment. She thought to herself, glad the subject had changed over to where Daelyn had known her from. "He didn't get the pleasure of telling me if I suck or not." Christina closed her eyes, listening to Daelyn as she told her that Daiki had the right to. I don't agree, but there isn't a point in arguing about that.
"I'm glad that he didn't get the chance to, I just feel sorry for any other student that has to hear how badly they suck at singing when he didn't have to be so harsh about it." She corrected Daelyn, proving that she hadn't been kicked out over her singing. "Though it is childish that I leave the classroom and he locks me out." She shrugged her shoulders, Do I regret the baseball field being near the music room? No, no I do not. She pulled herself from her thoughts, was Daelyn giving her trips from experience.
"Did he ever tell you that?" She asked, changing the subject back to Daelyn. She was only wondering if Daiki had told his own daughter that she sucked at singing or not. "I admit though, I'm a favorite of his though, I am guilty of hitting the music room window... It can't be helped when you get a home run though." It was funny that she had managed to get him mad over something as small as a window break.
She couldn't help but wonder what he might have been doing before the ball would smack into the window, shattering it, interrupting his time in his room. Daelyn told her to get her ass moving, mentioning how they were going to play on the field. "What sport?" She asked, clearly interested and not bothered that Daelyn had demanded her to play a sport with her.
