don't worry
Taiyou worked his way around the amusement park. It was a nice, sunny day and this was the perfect place for some fun in the sun. He was kind of sad he had to come here alone, seeing as Chizuru had to go to work today. Otherwise he would’ve had her come along. He didn't really know anyone else to bring along. His coworkers were just that. Coworkers. And he hasn't seen any of his supposed friends from school since he dropped out about a year ago. Life had gotten pretty lonely, but at least as a clerk he could help Chizuru with rent, even if only just a little bit. And hey, who knows. Maybe he’ll run into some company along the way.
He sure hoped so anyways. It’d be nice to spend some quality time with someone besides Chizuru. He needed to start being more outgoing again. He’s been a tad more on the reserved ever since he dropped out of school. Sure he talked a lot, but he hasn't really made any friends. And He needed friends around his own age. Chizuru has even said the same thing a few times. He let out a loud sigh as he looked around. Everyone else were in groups, or they were a couple. He felt lonely in the crowds of people that surrounded him. Then again, he’s been feeling lonely for around half a year now. Not that he’d ever admit it. But he could feel his emotions overflowing, and he didn't want that to happen. It’d be embarrassing to have an outburst here of all places. Amusement parks are supposed to be happy places after all. Even if he wasn't feeling happy, he should let everyone else be happy. It was the least he could do.
He walked over to the food stalls and ordered some yakitori, then sat down at one of the tables, crossing one of his legs over the other. If anything, at least he had this delicious meal waiting in front of him! But he still felt like crying or something like that. He hated the gut-wrenching feeling of being alone in so many crowds of people. He just had to be the sensitive type. He wished he was more unemotional, then maybe he wouldn't have to deal with all the emotions he bottles up. He hates admitting that he has them, and he hates that he feels vulnerable if he wears his heart of his sleeve. He pouted a bit then realized he forgot about his food entirely. He sighed and started to reluctantly dig in. A good day was starting to turn into a bad one. He hoped it'd take a 180 turn eventually, but what were the chances of that?
