ILLUSION MANIPULATION- His illusions have the ability to confuse two out of the five senses, which are seeing and hearing. He can even use his ability to individually confuse the two senses he can confuse, meaning he could just deceive a person's sight or he could just deceive a person's hearing. However this ability needs almost his full attention, so he can't fight and hold up an illusion at the same time. If his attention is broken his illusion will drop. His illusion will also drop if he gets attacked. Using this ability does put some strain on him, especially if he tries to use this ability from a distance. He can't cast his illusions past ten feet. And he can only keep up an illusion for a few hours before he has to let it drop, anything past that and he'll end up collapsing from exhaustion. He can also cast an illusion to make it look like the color of his hair and eyes have changed, but struggles with casting an illusion to make it look like his voice and outfit has changed.
PERSONALITY
Jet has a really hard time connecting with those around him. He is an introverted person at heart and doesn't know how to react to extroverted people. To most people he comes off as cold and aloof. The way he usually chooses to interact with people doesn't help matters. When he does choose to speak the words are usually delivered in a cold, blunt manner. A lot of times he'll just grunt or narrow his eyes at someone when they try to interact with him.
Being a person who believes emotions to be a weakness, he usually keeps emotions at arms length. Not that he is any good at expressing himself in the first place. Most of the time he ends up offending the people who try to converse with him. It doesn't really bother him though; since, he would rather people just leave him alone anyway. He always tells himself that it is for the best that people leave him alone.
Jet actually has pretty low self-esteem, which he keeps hidden from those around him. For whatever reason he has come to the belief that he doesn't need or deserve friends. He also doesn't think he deserves to be happy. This also means he can come off as a bit of a pessimist. He has a negative view on the world and has stopped believing there is a such thing as hope. A lot of things out of his mouth are pretty negative. This can cause some tense situations with people that believe differently about certain things.
He has a hard time trusting those around him and can at times come off as paranoid. Jet is always aware of his surroundings, to the point of being vigilant, and is always quick to avoid any potential danger. He can keep calm in the face of danger and is usually the one trying to keep everyone from panicking. He's a very perceptive individual and can easily tell when someone doesn't want him around.
While he may come off as a cold-hearted person, he actually does care for those around him. He just doesn't really know how to show it. His way of showing someone he cares about them is to insult them. He has a tendency to call people he cares about idiots. Even if they aren't doing something that makes them seem like idiots.
He is a brave individual and isn't afraid to stand up for what he believes in or to voice his thoughts out loud. One thing he won't stand for is bullies, he'll defend someone against a bully in a heartbeat. He'll go out of his way to protect anyone who can't or won't stand up for themselves. He can be over protective of those he cares about and won't stand for anyone hurting someone he cares about. Let's just say he can hold a grudge for a pretty long time. He also has a tendency to express his opinions without really thinking. Which has led to him accidentally hurting another person's feelings.

However he doesn't believe in softening or sugarcoating the truth, choosing to just tell it like it is. Which doesn't exactly settle well with some people. This doesn't mean he can't withhold information though. He'll either change the topic or straight up tell someone 'it is none of their business,' if people are trying to get him to open up. He really doesn't like it when people try to pry into his personal life; since, he isn't really one to talk about himself. For this reason he often tries to avoid people, so he doesn't have to interact with them. This means he is kind of asocial and can often come off as hostile the longer someone tries to pry about his past. This makes him come off as secretive and adds an air of mystery around him. He is also great at keeping secrets, just as long as keeping the secret won't endanger those around him. Jet has a strong sense of right and wrong and always tries to do the right thing.

BIOGRAPHY
Jet was born to Simon and Andrea Constantin, under the name Sorin Constantin. Simon and Andrea were both loving parents, who wanted to teach their son the necessary skills that would get him through life. His mother worked as a waitress and also worked for the c3. Simon had no idea his wife hunted vampires for a living. His father was known for being practical and didn't believe in vampires.
Even at a young age Sorin was quite the looker. As a child he was kind and was always quick to make friends. He was pretty popular in school and attracted the attention of a lot of females. Though the way he acted around his friends was different from the way he acted around his mother. Any free time he had was put into his training. As his mothers child, he was expected to follow the family legacy and become a member of c3.
The training he went through was kept a secret from his father. His mother was also teaching him Latin, thinking it would be a good language for him to learn. Since his father was a doctor he was taught the basic skills of first aid, learning immediate first aid. He became skilled in tending to wounds and was just as skilled in combat and information gathering. His mother taught him how to get close enough to his enemies to get to know them. And how to use the information he gathered to his advantage.
When he was nine years old his popularity in school came to an end. Though it wasn't because of something he did. Sorin's father ended up killing a man, who had fallen into a drunken rage. The death was an accident and had been done in self-defense. His father was thrown in jail for man slaughter.
His fathers actions reflected badly on the family, especially on Sorin. People he had once called his friends starting to shun him, wanting nothing to do with a murders son. Only two of his friends chose to stick by his side. Carmen and Adrian had been his friend since childhood and weren't about to abandon him. Even though he had managed to keep two of his friends, he still became emotionally closed off.
When he was thirteen the weapon his mother had once used to kill vampires in her younger days was passed down to him. He also started dating Ino around that time. Since Carmen was a human who was unaware of the presence of vampires, he couldn't tell her about his secret life.
For years he was able to keep his secret life from Carmen. He didn't want her to be put into any dangerous situations, so he was always quick to keep an eye on her. However keeping her away from his secret life seemed impossible and for that reason she was nearly killed, and his world was turned upside down.
A few months ago Carmen came over to his house to spend time with him. His mother had gone off on a mission, so they had free roam of the place. They spent the whole day together and by the time she was ready to head home night had fallen. Since he didn't want her walking alone at night, he offered her the chance to stay the night. His mother wasn't suppose to be back for a few days, so it wasn't like she would ever know his girlfriend had spent the night.
After she accepted his offer, he went to get some extra blankets. While he was getting blankets he heard a commotion coming from the living room. Ditching the blankets he ran to get his bow. He strung it and cautiously headed into the living room, keeping an arrow notched. He could already sense the prescence of a vampire and was instantly worried about Carmen. Hearing movement from the corner of the room, he quickly spun around aiming his weapon towards the threat.
However there was one thing preventing him from releasing the arrow. The vampire had gotten ahold of Carmen and had placed her inbetween her and Sorin. There was no way he could shoot the servamp without hurting Carmen in the process. The vampire promised to let her go if he tossed aside his weapon and stood down. He couldn't risk Carmen getting killed, so he did as asked and tossed his weapon aside.
Once Carmen had been released he checked to make sure she was okay. While he was checking her over, the servamp grabbed him from behind and killed him before changing him. She had changed him to get back at his mother for taking her son from her.
After realizing what he had become he took off, not wanting his mother to see him like this. So he left Romania and returned to Japan. While he had grown up in Romania they had spent every summer in Takayama or Kamakura. Once there he started to attend the university and got a job working as an informant for the police. He has also changed his name from his birth name to Jet Steele, to prevent his mother from tracking him down. He just hopes members from c3 don't recognize him.
